IoT infrastructure and conduit work for a multi-unit residential building.
Network infrastructure. Done right.
Structured cabling, enterprise WiFi, PoE switching, and IoT connectivity for Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
What we do
If it needs a wire, a signal, or PoE, we design it, install it, and prove it works.
Design first, install second
Most WiFi problems are placement problems. Access points get mounted where the ceiling was convenient, not where a coverage model says they belong, so a network ends up with dead zones in some spots and three overlapping radios in others.
We start with a predictive heatmap of the floor plan. Wall materials, unit density, and interference all go into the model before anyone drills a hole. Original specs almost always call for more access points than the space actually needs, and every access point beyond what the coverage math requires is money spent on hardware, cabling, and switch ports that add nothing. Right-sizing the count cuts that cost while still guaranteeing coverage.
Our team is certified on the wireless platforms we deploy, and every wireless project ships with cloud management so the network stays visible after handover.
From walkthrough to cloud

Walkthrough
Site visit or floor plan review to confirm scope and constraints.
- 02
Design
Cable plan, heatmap if wireless is in scope, and a fixed price.
- 03
Install
Cabling, conduit, mounting, and configuration, site left clean daily.
- 04
Test and hand over
Every run is tested and documented, then handed over ready to use.

Common questions
CAT6 or CAT6A, which one do I need?
CAT6 covers most office needs at 1 Gbps. CAT6A supports 10 Gbps and higher PoE loads, which makes sense for access points and cameras you want to stay current for a decade. We recommend the cable type per run, not per building.
Can you fix dead WiFi zones in a parkade?
Yes. Concrete parkades are one of the hardest environments for signal. We diagnose with a heatmap, then redesign access point placement and cabling to close the gap instead of adding hardware at random.
Do you install networking for EV chargers?
Yes. We run the network drops and connectivity chargers need to report status and bill sessions, and we have done this at scale for a national charging network operator.
Do you supply hardware, or only labour?
Both. We can quote and supply hardware, or install equipment you already own. When we supply it, it is sized to the design, not upsold capacity you will not use.
Can you manage the network after installation?
Yes. We set up cloud management during deployment so the network can be monitored and administered remotely, with ongoing monitoring available if you want it.
Do you work with electrical contractors and GCs?
Yes. We coordinate on pathways, timelines, and inspections on active job sites.
